SEMARANG NEWS – In realizing its commitment to help protect the earth and the environment, Rez Hotel Semarang supports the Earth Hour 2024 movement.
Earth Hour is an associated global campaign World Wide Fun for Nature (WWF) which is aimed at all groups, including individuals, communities and others.
This step is to raise awareness of climate change and provide space for the earth to rest for a moment.

Maya Chrisanti as General Manager of Rez Hotel Semarang said that this activity has been carried out every year since 2007 by WWF.
“This time Rez Hotel Semarang also shows its commitment as a hotel that cares about the environment (hotel sustainability),” said Maya, Saturday (23/3/2024).
“Rez Hotel Semarang supports Earth Hour 2024 activities which carry the theme “A Big Moment for The Earth’,” he added.
Rez Hotel also invites all hotel guests to participate and raise awareness to care more about the earth and the environment.
At that moment, at exactly 20.30 – 21.30 WIB, Rez Hotel Semarang turned off the lights for 60 minutes in all public areas of the hotel.
During the activity, the entire hotel area was illuminated by the light of 611 candles spread throughout the area, accompanied by soothing acoustic music.
Through this activity, Rez Hotel Semarang hopes that all employees, guests and the public will be more aware of the importance of protecting the earth and the surrounding environment, for the future. (Nining)
